To promote extra peace of mind, all purchases from "Caraleisure Direct Ltd" are covered by our no hassle 14-day exchange or money back guarantee. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the items, which must be in its original condition and packaging and accompanied with the receipt or invoice.

PRICES & VAT

All prices shown are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. All products are subject to availability. Postage and packaging charges are as shown.

PAYMENT

You can use one of the following methods to secure payment: MasterCard/Visa/Switch/Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Caraleisure Direct Ltd" ensuring all details are correct with bankers card number, expiry date and full name and address clearly written on the reverse. Please do not send cash, as "Caraleisure Direct Ltd" will not be held responsible for any losses.

GUARANTEE

All products carry the 12-month manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. If any fault does occur during this time, arrangements will be made to repair or replace the item after inspection.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If you receive any purchases that are faulty or damaged we must be informed within 3 days of receipt. This is also applicable if any items are missing from your order. Check all purchases for quality and quantity even if they are not required immediately. Caraleisure Direct Ltd endeavour to make prompt and accurate deliveries.

RETURNS

Damaged or faulty goods must not be returned without prior agreement from Caraleisure Direct Ltd who will issue a returns number. Returned items must be clearly labelled with documented reason for return. Goods without returns number will not be accepted.

All product details are correct and updated constantly but if at the time of ordering these details alter, you will be notified before the order is despatched.
